Like Dr. E77 stated, they used to consider any qualified grad student, who did not successfully make the cut for the ugrad process. Now, they only do that if your ugrad gpa didn't make the cut: not if the EC's were assessed, and you were rejected on that basis. I guess this means a lot of us lost our last hope...unless you didn't make the cut based upon your gpa.
