Full-year apt in Montreal

Hey! I'm starting meds at McGill next year and planning to take over my brother's apt; it's an awesome two-bedroom on the Plateau, which makes for a great mix of 'close to school' and 'close to the action'. Shops etc are close and convenient, and the apt has high ceilings and lots of light. I have photos I can send you if you're interested; the bathroom was redone this year, and the kitchen is going to be reno'd this summer.

 

I'm an OOP, but my brother is living in Montreal, so if you're in town and would like to see the place, that's totally doable.

 

Lease takeover is at the beginning of May; rent would be about 550$ each plus utilities and internet.
