Rene_90
Is it possible to finish off your 5 years of eligibility in a varsity sport during med school. For example if i was to get in after 3 or 4 years of undergrad would it be possible and or even allowed to keep competing on a varsity team for 1-2 years? Thanks for the help. Wolvenstar
My buddy, when he was in med school (is a resident now) had a fellow student who competed in sports during the first two years of med school, so I suppose it is possible if you can handle it. hike
It is definitely possible. Sadly I used up all my eligibility during undergrad, so I don't speak from personal experience. Depending on your sport (and how picky they are about the rules) you may have to sit a year out. (if you change schools undergrad to med school)
Rene_90
Thanks for the reply's guys, and yeah i don't know what the rules are if you graduate and further pursuit your education. I know that if you transfer you have to sit out a year but i am not sure if you do if you have graduated. Off to look it up on the CIS website.
