Is a lab component required for UBC's prerequisites?

Can anyone comment on if a lab component is required for UBC's science prerequisites? If so, does it need to be a full year lab? I am an out-of-province applicant and will not be completing my courses at UBC.

Yes, lab components are required for general chem, orgo and biology. Lab is not required for biochem. It looks like from the link below that the labs are full-year.
