yellow
Hi there, I just have a quick question about interviews. The CARMS website says that interviews are held in a three week period in January/February. But how do people have time to go to different places within Canada for interviews, if they are still in clerkship? (I know my school gives us one week...but what do you do for the other two?) Any insight would be great! Thanks!
blinknoodle
UWO gave me 3 weeks off, so I didn't have that problem. I am not sure what other schools do.. but I don't think it really was much of a hassle as the staff understand if you need time off.
Lactic Folly
At our school, we submitted a list of the days we had interviews, when we'd need to take time off. In the worst case scenario you'd need to make up some time or write an exam later if you missed too much.
Satsuma
Ottawa also gives you 3 weeks off for interviews
