Wut? Posted October 31, 2008 Report Share Posted October 31, 2008 Hey guys, I just wanted to take a minute of your time to ask something of you guys. When you phone in to the UGME office to ask about admissions stuff and whatnot, can you please be as polite and as patient as possible? I won't get into the details but today it was brought to my attention that some people who have been contacting the office have been a bit hostile, impatient or otherwise simply stressed out. I can understand that this is a very stressful time for you guys, but if you guys could all just remember to mind your manners, that would be a great help to not only yourself but the staff as well. They are every bit as busy as you guys, and they are there to help you to the best of their abilities, so let's try to not make their lives any more difficult than they already are!
