The walk to UWO's main campus is less than 5 minutes, and the 6 Richmond bus stops directly in front of the building. Downtown is only 5-10 minutes away by bus, or a $7 cab ride to the Richmond Row. We live on the sixth floor of the building, in a massive corner unit. The smaller bedroom will be occupied by a 4th year female chemistry student, and the massive master bedroom is for rent. Here are the specs: - fully furnished with queen-sized bed, nightstand, massive desk and lots of light - 2 bathrooms (one is IN the master bedroom so you have your own space) - HUGE walk-in closet - open-concept living/dining/kitchen, complete with tons of cupboard space and dishwasher - long balcony overlooking the campus I pay $560/month, but am subletting for ONLY 425/month since I'm moving to Toronto for the summer. All utilities, phone, internet, etc. are included. We are looking for a FEMALE to sublet, any age, any time between April 29th and September 5th (move in/out whenever it works for you).
