It is a beautiful 1 br apartment in a small, quiet building located ~15-20 min walk away from the University (107 st and 84 ave). It has a ensuite washer and dryer and is fully furnished. Utilities plus cable/internet are included in rent, and there is a plug-in parking spot included as well. Right now my rent is over 1000 including utilities, but I would be willing to sublet it out for only 695 per month, so this is a great deal!! It is perfect for students doing electives and internships in Edmonton over the summer. I just ask that those who reply are tidy and quiet because the walls don't block much sound!
