Available May 1 and could even potentially be available all through next year. Here are the details: - block and a half from Richmond Row (shops, buses, restaurants, BARS!) - beautiful, leafy residential street (near a big park) - parking in back - big backyard - coin laundry in the building - apartment has lots of space for two people - all hardwood floors except in kitchen and bathroom The room itself is quite large has a big window facing the street (sunny!) and good closet space. We pay $415 plus hydro and extras, but I'm asking $350/month everything included (hydro, cable, wireless, phone - just not long distance calls). This is an amazing deal, but because it is short notice, I am even willing to negotiate that price. PM me for more information.
