Looking for roommate/sublet for summer/fall 2009 at Edmonton, beside the UofA

Heya, I'm a 2nd going into 3rd year UofA med student, graduating class of 2011. I am currently living by myself in a medium sized apartment right across the street from the medical school (Newton Place is what the building is called); it is actually part of the UofA campus residence. I'm looking for a someone to share the apartment cost with. It's a great location, very clean, and with a roommate the rent is very affordable, and anyone from out of the city of Edmonton who's moving to Edmonton for school or work should definitely look into it. I'm also clean, quiet, don't smoke, and friendly but not a big party-er. I'm looking for a roommate to move in or someone to sublet anytime starting fall 2009.
