Mastebed room in London

Hey,

I have a master bedroom of a townhouse available from June or May 2009 (flexible lease lengths). It is fully furnished (double bed, desk, night table etc). Access to kitchen and living room downstairs as well as BBQ outside. Only things required for move-in are bed sheets and personal items. Utilities are split amongst all 4 tenants and average about $60/month (incl. hydro, gas, internet and long distance phone).

 

Grocery store and mall plaza is 5 minute walk and buses 9B/C (bus to downtown) and 31 (bus to campus) come right outside. Parking is available.
