mrhumble
Hi guys, First of all, congrats for those who have been accepted to the UWO program I have a question in regards to UWO admission requirement (also for my friend who just entered nursing after graduating from another university program). I went to the UWO dentistry site, but the contents were not as organized I would've liked it to be. I just want to make a simplified list in regards to requirement. I've done my life science degree at University of Toronto with dismal grades. I'm at 3.96-7 cgpa with my bscn degree. I have one more year to go. Will they just take my best two years from my nursing degree? Also, my friend just finished his life science degree in UT. He's also in nursing program, but he has only finished year 1 with 4.0 GPA. He's going into year 2 now. Can he also apply, or does he need to finish his 2nd year at his nursing program before applying (He received gpa of low 3 or 2 in every year for his previous university program)? Thanks in advanced
mdDave
About the last part, on uwos website it says that applicants who are done 2 years or in the process of completing the second year will be considered. So yeah I think as long as you have 1 competitive year and are in the process of completing another (competetive ) year you should be fine.
