I hope this posting is not too late as we really prefer to rent out to med and grad students. And if you are looking to buy privately, please contact us. Furnished Masonville Gardens Condo with 3 bedrooms and 2 Bathrooms for rent. If you want an unfurnished bedroom, that can be arranged. Spacious Master's Bedroom has en suite bathroom while the other 2 bedrooms share the Main Bathroom. Rent a room, or the whole condo unit at a substantial discount. Or instead of 3, two can share the condo so each will have a private bathroom and turn the spare bedroom into a Study Room or Den. Parking is free. You can walk to school using the University Hospital entrance, or you can take the direct bus to UWO. The condo is bright and with nice view of the gardens. Masonville Mall is across the street; banks, restaurants, stores, Loblaws, and other amenities are nearby.
