Poppy Posted June 10, 2009 Report Share Posted June 10, 2009 I have read that U of A rounds our GPA down to the nearest tenth and was wondering if someone can confirm whether or not this is true? For example is a 3.89 rounded to a 3.9 or a 3.8? Is the rounding factored in even when making final decisions, or just for getting interviews?...My main reason for doubting the idea that GPA's are rounded is because then it becomes a lot more challenging to separate students based on GPA.
