I was wondering if secondary applications are all online or are they actually going to snail-mail things? token Posted June 16, 2009 Report Share Posted June 16, 2009 Almost all secondary invitations are e-mailed. Some of those you can fill out online, others you have to send by mail. Secondary timing is variable too...some will send them as soon as you submit, others wait until after your primary is verified, some screen your primary so it can take months to receive a secondary.
