Fighting disease is not competitive swimming nor buying peanut butter in Plattsburgh. Most serious task, responsibility of all. You have been selected from many. Prepare well for your chosen profession. Life and death - in your hands. You will be ready for this. The transition shall be brutally demanding, where excellence is always the norm!
