mattg
I know American schools consider the trend of your marks over the years, but do Canadian schools? (once you pass the cutoffs that is...) Or do they for the most part consider your cGPA (or weighted/two year, whatever it may be...)? First year I had a 3.72 (didnt do much work), but then a 4.0 second and third year... I know a 3.91 average is good anyway, will be competitive itself as a cGPA, but its also pretty important to me that they see I can get a 4.0 if I try, I guess (and that I have started trying:p ) thanks guys
future_doc
You have answered your own question I believe. On a cGPA basis, you are highly competitive. At a glance, they will see your trend. End of story. There are other factors to complete the package, volunteering, ECs, LORs and your Essay or autobiographical submissions. And then there is the random "chance" or "lottery" factor. So, chill, what will be, will be.
