question about "best mcat"

Recommended Posts

If you have taken the mcat more than once, do schools consider your "best scores" to be whichever test gave you the highest overall score or do they look at your multiple results and take the highest scores for each section, thus combining scores from both tests? Sorry if this has been asked before. I haven't been able to find a thread that addresses it.

Thanks!

i think there are some schools that consider your best score. But most look at your most recent one which sucks for me. Very few take best score from each section. I think that even for schools that take your best score, they'll know what your other score is.
