This one-bedroom apartment is available September-November, 2009. Shortest stay: 6 weeks. $800 / mo. (which is significantly lower than my actual rent.) The building is a 5-7-min walk from the subway / Yonge street, a 15 min-walk from U of T, and a 2-3-minute drive from the highway. Rent includes utilities, A/C, and a parking spot in an indoor garage. The building has a 24-hour laundry room, a swimming pool, a small gym, squash courts, manned security/cameras, and card access.
