McGill Reference Reports

On the McGill site it says "You may use either the Confidential Reference Report or submit 2 Letters of recommendation" but on the actual reference report it says "Applicants...should give this form to two science professors who have agreed to supply a letter of recommendation."

 

So now I'm confused, does it mean that if I get two profs to fill out the confidential reference reports then they don't have to write a letter of recommendation in addition to the reference reports?

yeah generally they only have to fill out one, but I got my profs to fill out both parts when i went through the application cycle last year. and i must have got something right cuz i got an interview there
