shestheman
Hey everybody, I've been working away at the bio sci section, and I'm finding that the passages that I struggle with are the ones involve experiments that are done. I find that I can't really follow what's going on in the experiment and that obviously makes it tough to answer questions on the experiment then =\. Does anybody have any tips or suggestions for this? Any help would be greatly appreciated! Thanks all!
sparkles3288
Personally those are my favourite, haha. I find, for me anyway, the expeirence from the past has helped me with those passages. I have a Bsc so many of the expt's i've encountered before. If you are struggling, I would suggest maybe brushing up on techniques--like the ones they have in the back of the books. Typicalyl they talk about those and it can be confusing if you aren't sure of the principle behind it. Good luck!

sparkles3288
The princeton review books I use from the class has them. They include things like: northern/southern/western blot, ELISA, gel electrophoriesis, SDS page, PCR, cloning, restriction enzymes, RT-PCR, etc.
