Psychology(PSY100Y1) a life science course?

On the U of T med site it says:

 

"Applicants will be required to have completed at least two full course equivalents in Life Sciences and at least one full course equivalent in Humanities or Social Sciences or Languages."

 

I'm just wondering is PSY100Y1(Introductory Psychology) at U of T considered to be a life science course?

U of T's PSY100 is considered a life science by U of T meds but a social science by the other med schools.

If you are from Quee's - UofT will consider Psyc courses a social sciences and humanities course.... Basically b/c it is listed as such in the Queen's calender. I just wanted to add this b/c most Queen's students don't know this.
