question for 'Research' aspect of OMSAS

Recommended Posts

Hey guys,

I was just wondering if anyone is planning to put in abstracts, papers, or presentations in which they are NOT first author (I guess this pertains moreso to abstracts).

I have a few iabstracts n which I am second author and I not sure as to the weight they have.

Can anyone shed some light on this?

If it were me, I would include that in a second... Weren't you involved in the research, in which case you can write a bit about what you did/contributed in the details, and then just list the name of the published abstract in the top of the details? I have multiple research positions listed in which nothing at all was published, as most people do I believe...

new questions:

1) I have a abstract (poster) accepted for an international conference. Thing is...it's in October. Should I put it in OMSAS? or is that cheating?

2) I recently submitted a paper to a journal...I'm probably not going to know the results of the review until October as well...should I put in OMSAS?

What would YOU do?
