TLK
hey guys! I'm a 1st yr med. I'm wondering if anyone cares to enlighten me on how to properly prepare for CaRMS, since most schools have now switched to P/F system, rendering academic standing moot. What needs to be on one's CV to make it stand out in a positive way? I've heard research is good, then others have mentioned observerships, etc. Obviously clerkship entails observing attendings working anyways, so are they really necessary? How important is research? Any help is appreciated.
