Understand that MCATs merely serve as a cutoff ... what is the relative weightings of GPA, essay, bio, interview in the final selection. Didn't see it anywhere on their website. thanks. Guest JSS02 Posted December 27, 2001 Report Share Posted December 27, 2001 For inviting candidates to interviews, it's 60% GPA and 40% essay, sketch, and references. Their final decisions after interviews will be based on 60% GPA, 20% essay/sketch/references, and 20% interview. These numbers are for undergrads only. For graduate students there's more of a focus on references, papers, etc. and less on grades, but I'm not sure if there's a pre-defined amount for each....
