nicks2
Hi. I have never written the MCAT before and I am planning to write it in March. I was wondering does the actual MCAT look exactly like the practice tests from AAMC? Is there any differences between the practice tests from AAMC and the actual MCAT in terms of how it looks, how the questions are presented, etc? What did you guys find the major difference between the actual MCAT and the practice MCATs from AAMC?
Corsci
its the same... it will just "seem" alot harder.
bj89
its the same... it will just "seem" alot harder. exactly same format word for word, even the intro and instructions. only difference is you don't get a search function, so dont get too dependent on that for verbal I did the practice AAMC's 10,9,8 and they were representative of the actual MCAT - i ended up doing better on the actual MCAT than my practice scores (but this is really individualistic, others may think that AAMC are easier, but im just saying how i felt about it)
