changster Posted June 14, 2010 Report Share Posted June 14, 2010 From my past experiences, I'm pretty certain that you will get a spot in the Toronto area before the deadline to register for July 16. Just make sure you keep checking the website for openings. People will start to cancel their seats right before the deadline once they realize they are not quite ready to write the test.
