Guest Gedz1
Hi all, I cant find the gpa cut-off for ottawa med school. I know it changes every year, im just looking for an approximation Im from ottawa and probably have a 3.7 (all our grades are lettered so im not sure), do i have a hope in hell of getting past the initial trashing of applications? thanks
Guest blinknoodle
Check out this earlier thread for the WGPAs for 2003: pub125.ezboard.com/fpreme...=415.topic Ottawa area residents had a cut-off of 3.6, so if your WGPA lives up to that, I'd certainly apply! Cheers, blinknoodle
Guest McCarey007
So if I have a 3.75 WGPA from Toronto, then I shouldn't even apply to ontario because the WGPA cut-off is above 3.8? Even if I worked in India for 2 years for relief work, I'll just be giving me money away to ottawa then right?
Guest tappety tap
McCarey.. With a gpa of 3.75 I would definitely apply. The "out of ottawa" cutoff this year was above 3.8 (3.82 i think it was) but it changes from year to year. Also, they have a weighting system based on how many years you've done so your actual gpa could be higher than 3.
