Just got MCAT score... disappointed... what are my chances?

Hi everyone

 

I just got my MCAT score and I didn't do as well as I was doing on practice test. I got:

 

V: 10

P: 11

B: 9 (this really shocked me... I was hitting 12s)

WS: R

 

My GPA wasn't too great to begin with

1st year: 3.65

2: 3.56

3: 3.71

4: 3.91

 

I applied to Western, Mac, Ottawa, Toronto, and Queens. I know that my chances are done for Western but was wondering what you guys think about the other schools... I'm also a grad student and have a lot of volunteering/extra curricular activities.

 

If you drop my eight lowest for Toronto, the overall goes to about 3.9ish.
