Final Class Selected Letter

Hello everyone,

 

Like Stargirl, I also too received my "letter". I was interested that it was signed personally by Dr. Hebert by hand...did everyone else's letter come signed by hand or am I "special"?

Just FYI, here are the contents of the letter:

 

Dear Mr. X,

 

We have now completed our admission process and have selected the entrance class for the academic year 2002-2003.

 

This year we received 2,039 applications and interviewed 465 candidates for the 123 positions available.

 

We regret to inform you that you have not been selected for this year's admission to our Faculty.

 

We would like to take this opportunity to thank you for participating in our admission process and wish you the best in your future studies.

Mine was signed by hand too - though getting a stamped acceptance letter would have made me feel better...
