Confused :( need advice

I am in my 4th year of undergrad at UofT(BSc). My previous years' gpa are alright but not good enough to meet the cutoff. I was hoping to do good in 4th and 5th year and thought I still may have a shot. but oh well I have not really done that great in my finals this semester. I realised after the messed up 3rd year that I really want to pursue a career in medicine but it was already kind of late. Can I apply again to start over a BSc degree to other universities? or should I go for a second degree?(apparently I can't have another BSc degree at UofT). I still need few more credits to graduate with BSc degree next summer.

Any of your advice would be helpful since I am very lost and confused and can't really figure out what should I do or what will be the best option.
