Mourning Cloak Posted January 3, 2011 Report Share Posted January 3, 2011 Interesting . . . . http://uoftplasticsurgery.ca/main.php?p=996&s=5 U of T plastics says that because of the increased number of CMGs it must accommodate, it will not be accepting any sponsored VISA residents in its program this year (e.g. Gulf state students). Do you think is this entirely accurate (e.g. U of T is really that crowded), or do you suppose that public opinion has moved against this practice (of charging the hell out of foreign governments to train their students)?
