I'm hoping it just needs to be updated once someone processes the transcripts. I did confirm with my institution that the transcripts were processed and sent to the correct address... back in November! Looks like I'm SOL if they didn't receive them then.... It only took a couple days for my transcripts to show up as received in late December. You should call them asap to find out what is going on.
