It's usually very difficult to find anything close to rent/sublet near Sunnybrook. I would recommend getting a place downtown and taking the shuttle up. The shuttle has two stops downtown (1) Women's College Hospital and (2) Sunnybrook Holland Orthopaedic & Arthritic Centre on Wellsley St. The shuttle is very good, runs every 30 min, and takes 30 min from downtown to Sunnybrook.
