As far as renting goes, sorry if I offended, I'll see if I can figure-out how to post a new thread on here. Meanwhile, if that is not allowed, somebody TELL ME (nicely). I know almost nothing of netequette(?). As I have said, whoever gets to rent this place will be very happy with it - I call that a win-win, and don't feel guilty about it at all.
