equus
I was contemplating maybe running a travel immunization clinic someday, but do you need any extra training to be able to do this? Would a residency in family medicine be adequate (in addition to the correct licensing for giving yellow fever vaccinations, etc.)? Is there a demand for this? Edit: This would be in addition to working as a family doctor.
Satsuma
There is currently no specific accreditation for this. Family docs do this as well as ID specialists. Family docs tend to have a day or afternoon set aside a week for it, for example. I don`t know that you could do only that full-time. First, because I am not sure if there is that much demand (especially depending on where you are) and second, boredom.
