porcupineworm
It seems like the U of A will weigh the interview very heavily if you do very well on it. I have heard that someone with around 3.6 got in after only 2 years of undergrad because his interview was 35/35, so that might explain some of the people getting in with lower GPAs. I'm not sure if having a masters helps or not though.
porcupineworm
Hmm I don't think the interview is all that matters after you get one, cause I've also heard that if your GPA is >3.9 and you have a pretty good DAT, the interview pretty much doesnt matter as long as you pass. But yea, it's just speculation again.
zap_man99
imo the interview only counts when you get really low (near fail or fail) or you get a super high mark (ie. 34-35/35). otherwise if you get ~avg interview scores its up to everything else
