From my understanding primary application opens June 1 and everything is sent to the schools on June 15 this year. Do i need my letters submitted before the 15th? Or can I do it later? Is there an actual deadline or prefered dates? The ref letter need only be submitted when you are completing your secondary application. So answer is no, it does not need to be submitted on the 15th.
