The condo is about 720 square feet and would be available in August 2011. The condo is approximately 10 minutes away from MSB and are close to TGH and other teaching hospitals. There are several med students I know who live there and they really loved the environment. Parking is included. Rent is 1600/month but is negotiable. PM me if interested.
