Guest positively4thstreet
does anyone know any examples of students who were accepted with low GPA? how low do they go? and what kind of experience or MCAT scores did they need to gain admission? Guest scooter
I applied last year with a ~B+ and 24R and didn't get in. They said it would be better if I brought up one or the other so that they could see that I was capable in the science department. I reapplied and am doing the impatient waiting game now (30S MCAT this time around). How low are you talking about??? They really do take a global look.... i hope... Best of Luck to everyone,
Guest positively4thstreet
my gpa is ~3.45 so i guess that would be a B+. im writing the MCAT in april. so if i were to get a high MCAT score u think it would be good enough for admission? i have a decent amount of health-related work/volunteer experience and i think i can get good references. Guest yves m
Definitely write the MCAT and see how you do. MUN has no set standard for admissions and people with great and average grades often get rejected.
