Female roommate in Medicine wanted for a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bath 1300 sq.ft. townhouse in Varsity, just north of campus. Bedroom is upstairs, and has hardwood floors. Main floor is carpeted and basement is fully finished with an en-suite laundry. Kitchen has new appliances. Neighbourhood is beautifully developed and quiet. 20 min bus ride to campus, but I'll probably be driving most days and willing to carpool. RENT: $600/month + utilities if you can help furnish the common areas. $700/month +utilities if you want the house fully-finished.
