Just wondering how you entered the description of your work/experiences. Did you complete them in a resume type format (i.e. not in first person, to the point, only discuss what you did/achieved)? An example could be... "Communicated with patients daily. Worked with others to improve program." Or did you you describe them in more of an essay format (first person, discuss what you learned, importance to you, etc)? I hope that makes sense. Thanks in advance.
