I did experience a different culture, but in my PS and EC description, I related it more to medicine. So I still have a lot to say about the people and the culture. When a school asks about diversity, it is more than just how well you gel with different people and such. So in general it's alright to write more about a diverse activity even if it's already been mentioned in the primary, assuming that I would be taking a different viewpoint (i.e. a more diverse approach as opposed to a medical approach)?
