Would it be a bad idea to discuss a diverse experience that made up the frame of my PS and was also listed as an EC?

I did experience a different culture, but in my PS and EC description, I related it more to medicine. So I still have a lot to say about the people and the culture. I just don't want to be repetitive.

Ye, I did international volunteering and thought I should talk about it in the diversity question but it really is not the best idea. When a school asks about diversity, it is more than just how well you gel with different people and such. I am using a couple of links for inspiration:

1) http://admitspit.wordpress.com/2006/11/27/those-potential-to-contribute-essays/ (a list of things you could talk about)

2) http://books.google.ae/books?id=7egZYXS2aHIC&pg=PA59&lpg=PA59&dq=how+will+you+contribute+to+diversity+essay&source=bl&ots=8uOMGnmDb1&sig=xSEH1RpYTt7dcEthRqfU6wvyOXE&hl=en&ei=FFUaTpD2Boj3gAfy-Zga&sa=X&oi=book_result&ct=result&resnum=4&ved=0CCsQ6AEwAzge#v=onepage&q=how%20will%20you%20contribute%20to%20diversity%20essay&f=false (page 59-60 of the google book has some do's and don'ts)

Good luck.
