Stop applying now?

No one can say for sure. Your stats and ECs are appropriate for several mid to low tier schools in the US. If you applied this year it is entirely conceivable that you get one or more interviews and possibly acceptance. But what I would say for sure is that your chances are simply not as good as if you were to apply early in June. I would never tell anyone that they should not apply, but I will say that the application process is expensive and it's really up to you to decide the best use of your time and money. Also if you did not get in after applying during this cycle, then upon reapplying to the states you would have to demonstrate that you have improved your application considerably. I do not believe that this is a great deterrent however, as you should be doing as much as you can to improve your application this year regardless.
