Am I allowed to use my parents to confirm an employment and explain this in the comment section? Should I bother explaining it in the comment section? Thanks, J Honestly, I would avoid using your parents for as many things as possible if not all together. Maybe use a collegue that you may still know and still have some contact infor (even if it is just facebook.. you can explain to them your situation), or a friend that can verify that you worked there.
