On a pure "cutoff" basis, you are above the VR cutoff of 6 and undergrad GPA cutoff of 3.0. Also, you will have that extra whatever it is for M.Sc. (it's probably on the website). Now, assuming you do as well as you can on Casper, not applying to Mac would be 0% chance whereas applying gives you >0%. If I were you, I'd give it a shot.
