premed14
Hi guys, I was wondering if it's okay to have one of your reference letters the same as last year's? I haven't done anything "new" with one of my referees and there aren't any new experiences that he could really talk about. Would it be okay for him to send in the same reference letter? ps. I had interviews last year so I think the letter was good
precision
Dwelling on submitting the same work twice, can we resubmit an autobiographical sketch from the previous year? How about an essay? eg. U of Toronto's essay. You would really only resubmit something if it was well done but you did not get accepted because of other factors. Lactic Folly
Yes, if you're sure it was as good as can be. I would have the referee update the date to the current year, though. Plus now they can say they've known you for one extra year.
