er90
Hey guys, Just got my MCAT today, Got a solid 6 in VR:confused: . (8 6 11 P) 25P. Very frustrated as I was scoring high twenties and low thirties but hey that's life. I am a NB resident and because of my VR, I cannot apply to DAL anymore. I was wondering if anyone has any idea how much emphasis MUN puts on the MCAT. I have pretty good EC's and a GPA~ 3.8 on a 4.0 scale. Is it worth it to throw at MUN application in this year? (Plan to do so anyways). Any advice would be awesome!
2002tii
I'm not sure what weight they put on the MCAT but I do know someone who got in with a 24. It's rare but not impossible. Worse comes to worse you're out a bit of change. I'd say good bye to the money for the chance.
NLengr
If you look through the admitted thread for MUN, someone got in with a 22P previously.
The Mist
MUN is known for considering applications in a holistic manner. While 25 is a bit on the low side, I would still throw in an application, especially if you can make a convincing case though your ECs and LORs. Or a convincing case with a duffle bag full of money....

PipeDream
Lower scores have gotten in, higher scores have gotten regected... mun is pretty closed book about their "formula" for judging applicants so any info you get here is purely speculation.
