But it was so frustrating, the words were all there and then my connection timed out... Oh well, its over now. I wrote them an earful in the "How can we improve CASPer" section. CRK Posted October 19, 2011 Report Share Posted October 19, 2011 I had tremendous problems with CASPer as well, and was on the phone with the help desk the whole time too. After trying a gazillion different things, multiple browsers, locations and internet connections, I finally got into the test (with 20 min to go). Then the first video wouldn't load. FML.
