Shaneeae
I've been trying to submit my C.V. in PDF/A format and I keep getting this error message:"1 error has occurred. The file is the wrong format. Must be a PDF file." I've tried both PDF and PDF/A, colour and grayscale, and a variety of resolutions but I always get the same message. How should it be formatted?
